Today’s a special day—my 50th pattern, the Hoa Sen Pullover, is out today!
I’m kind of in shock, to be honest. 50 patterns in four years is a LOT of patterns; I literally didn’t realize how big my catalog was until last week as I was prepping this pattern for release. If I’d noticed sooner I might have planned something special for today, but as it stands I’m simply thankful.
It’s perfect in a way that this is my 50th pattern—Hoa Sen Pullover is a collaboration with the incredible La Bien Aimée Yarns, who I’ve only dreamed of working with since almost the beginning of my design career. This pullover uses their Helix and Mohair Silk yarns held together for the most luxurious fabric I’ve ever knit. Fitting, since this is a celebratory sweater.
This pullover uses the same lace yoke stitch from my Hoa Sen Tee, but with a-line shaping in the body and two 3/4 sleeve options, a gathered sleeve (shown) or fitted sleeve. While I love my tee, I gotta say, I love the pullover even more…
To celebrate, both the pullover and the tee are 15% off with the code BLOSSOM until midnight EST December 17, on Ravelry and Payhip.
And that’s that! Next stop is 100 patterns—though I think that’ll be a long time from now…
